We're always happy to help and aim to respond within 2–3 working days (excluding public holidays & local Brisbane public holidays).

How do I place an order?

Choose your favourite collection, upload your photos directly on the product page, and complete checkout. We'll take care of the rest! Once your order is placed, we'll carefully create your personalised magnets and send you tracking details once they've been dispatched.
What photos work best?

For the best results, we recommend uploading the original photo file directly from your phone or camera.

Please avoid:

  • Screenshots
  • Photos downloaded from social media
  • Images that have been cropped multiple times

These files are often compressed, which can reduce print quality.
Does photo quality matter?

A good rule of thumb is:

If your photo looks blurry or pixelated on your phone, it'll likely print the same way.

If your image is sharp and clear on your device, it should produce a beautiful print.
Can I use black and white photos?

Absolutely! Black and white, colour and vintage photographs all make beautiful keepsakes.

The final print quality will always depend on the quality of the file uploaded, but many of our favourite magnets have been created from timeless black and white images.
How long will my order take?

Every order is handcrafted in Brisbane, Australia.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.
Do you ship to Australia and New Zealand?

Yes! We currently ship Australia-wide and throughout New Zealand.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care when packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate, please email hello@thememorypress.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged magnets

We'll investigate the issue and, where appropriate, lodge a claim with Australia Post.

While we cannot guarantee a refund for damage that occurs during transit, we'll always work with you to find the best possible outcome. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement of the affected items.
Are your magnets durable?

Yes! Every magnet is professionally printed using premium materials and finished with a protective gloss coating for a vibrant, long-lasting finish.

Our magnets are designed to be displayed and enjoyed every day, with a strong magnetic backing that holds securely to most magnetic surfaces.

To keep your magnets looking their best, we recommend using them indoors and avoiding excessive moisture, heat or prolonged direct sunlight.
Can we contact you for custom designs?

Absolutely.
