Welcome to The Memory Press. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from The Memory Press.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Products
All products sold by The Memory Press are personalised and made to order using the information and photos supplied by the customer.
As every order is individually produced, slight variations in colour, positioning, cropping, or appearance may occur. These variations are considered a normal part of the production process and do not constitute a fault.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All uploaded photos are clear and of suitable quality.
- Names, dates, spelling, and personalised details are accurate.
- The shipping address provided is correct.
- You have permission to use any photos submitted with your order.
The Memory Press cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or images supplied by the customer.
4. Pricing
Product prices are displayed in your local currency where available through Shopify Markets.
Customers in Australia will see prices in Australian Dollars (AUD), while customers in New Zealand will see prices in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices, shipping charges, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
5. Order Acceptance
Once an order has been placed, production may begin shortly afterwards.
As personalised products are made specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has commenced.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at hello@thememorypress.com.au. While we'll do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, and artwork displayed on this website remain the property of The Memory Press unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
Customers retain ownership of the photos they upload.
By submitting photos to us, you confirm that you own the images or have permission from the copyright owner to use them for the purpose of producing your personalised order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Memory Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post. While we work closely with our delivery partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
