Shipping Policy
At The Memory Press, every order is custom-made with care from our Brisbane studio. As each keepsake is created just for you, please allow time for us to carefully produce, package, and dispatch your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days (excluding public holidays) from the time your order is received.
During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are intended as a guide only.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
We recommend keeping your tracking details until your order has been successfully delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your parcel needs to be re-sent, an additional shipping fee will apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thememorypress.com.au.
All claims are subject to an investigation with Australia Post. Where appropriate, a replacement order will be provided following the completion of the investigation.
Customs & Import Charges (New Zealand)
Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other government charges imposed by New Zealand authorities.
Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch every order promptly, delivery timeframes are ultimately managed by Australia Post.
Occasionally, factors outside our control—including peak periods, severe weather, customs processing, or carrier delays—may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience should these circumstances arise.
